The Kingstad Gallery presents internationally exhibited Pacific Northwest artists in the largest privately-owned exhibition space in the Portland metropolitan region. Our state of the art lighting and dedicated galleries provide a unique art viewing experience and highlight collections of work by featured artists in quarterly themed exhibits.

Vision & Persuasion March 10 - May 31, 2008 Last Tuesday Reception & Print Sale 'Sky In The Road' performs traditional Celtic music May 27, 6:00 - 8:00 Art is a form of persuasion: from manipulating the materials and coaxing the creative process, to evoking the viewer’s response. Creating a dialogue of influence, comfort, resistance, and surrender and reflecting the artist's vision, it has the power to move us out of our habitual thoughts and into a deeper perception. The process of creation is an attempt to persuade the viewer to see life from the artist’s perspective. Each of these artists was asked to consider their vision and who they were trying to persuade. The result is an exhibit that moves beyond the realm of the ‘emerging artist’ and confirms the perception that the Pacific Northwest is a haven for 'world-class' artists.
